Hear these authors and musicians blur the lines between poetry, prose and the blues. Featuring poet Kim Addonizio on blues harmonica and jazz flute, novelist Sam Ligon and poet Gary Copeland Lilley on guitar and vocals, author Kristen Millares Young on vocals, and author Kate Lebo on cowbell.

Cooked up during jam sessions at the Centrum Port Townsend Writers’ Conference, and taken on the road for a book fair performance at AWP in Minneapolis, this ensemble began as the JuJu Band and sometimes performs as part of Kim’s troupe, Nonstop Beautiful Ladies.
