Soiree Macabre is an annual celebration of the PNW's finest Dark Art. From music and performance art, to various visual mediums and beyond, come witness the annual spectacle that is Soiree Macabre.
Now in its third year, Soiree has finally emerged from its house party roots to bring Capitol Hill a taste of the truly surreal. Featuring live performances from local metal acts A Flourishing Scourge and Void Throne, Belly Dancing and World Music from Tempest and Nathaniel Johnstone, Budapest West, and Euphoria and Melina, as well as Psychedelic Dark Folk from Geist and the Sacred Ensemble, Soiree is sure to have something sacred for everyone.
Best of all, the show is free, with all proceeds generated from raffle sales going to support the Sanctuary Art Center, a Seattle-based Non-Profit Organization that provides a safe environment for homeless and street-involved youth to experience creativity and success through relationship-based artistic programs.
As always, this is a themed event, and Gothic-Masquerade attire is preferred.
